CONEXANT VERP means the Conexant Systems, Inc. Voluntary Early Retirement Program, including all amendments thereto through the Distribution Date.
Motorola means Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
IBM means International Business Machines Corporation.
Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
HSP means historically underutilized business subcontracting plan, as described by Chapter 2161 of the Texas Government Code.
MPC means Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).
SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.
Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.
Intel means Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
NTC shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
ITT means the Purchaser’s invitation to tender dated (date ITT issued).
Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Alloy means a metal consisting of a mixture of a basic metallic element and one or more metallic, or non-metallic, alloying elements.
TDSAT means Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
