Conference Room means a three hundred twenty (320) square foot conference room identified as #3 on the Leased Spaces Map.

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Amendment to which this Exhibit B is made a part thereof unless otherwise defined herein. The Expansion Space shall be improved in accordance with the following:
Conference Room. One room with conference table that seats 12 people with a sink and counter space. ACTIVITY ROOM: Can accommodate 20-30 people with card tables or rectangle tables. AUDITORIUM: Can accommodate 250 people theater style or 150 sitting at round and rectangle tables. Media A: Can accommodate 25 people theatre style with presenter in front of room. Has projector and podium. Media A/B: Can accommodate up to 60 people theatre style with presenter in front of the room. When combined along with projector and podium, sound system can also be used.
