Conference/Convention Centre definition
Conference/Convention Centre means provision of an additional facility within an existing hotel or an independent establishment where conferences, seminars, conventions, meetings, cultural events etc. can be organized for paying customers. It should have a Conference Hall/Auditorium with minimum seating capacity of 150 persons at a time. The centre should be equipped with built in Audio-Visual system, meeting rooms, documentation, translation and communication/ networking facilities, secretarial services, in-house covering public areas, toilet facilities and adequate parking space.
