Confidential Collateral Proposal Report definition
Confidential Collateral Proposal Report means a report, item of correspondence or other statement of information that relates solely to a prospective purchase or financing of any Collateral, any Warehouse Facility Collateral, any Other Warehouse Facility Collateral, or any Other Residual Financing Facility Collateral, which purchase or financing shall have been proposed by a financial institution other than Lender or the Other Residual Financing Facility Lender.
