Confidential copy definition

Confidential copy means a record (or copy thereof) submitted to or obtained by the Department, containing information which the claimant asserts is confidential information.
Confidential copy means a copy of any information submitted to the Department pursuant to the Act or this chapter which contains all the required information including any information which the claimant requests to be treated as confidential. The confidential copy shall be labeled as such and all confidential information contained therein shall be clearly identified.

The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
