Confidential Supplement definition

Confidential Supplement means the Confidential Supplemental Report to the Third Report, dated April 16, 2021;
Confidential Supplement means the confidential agreement containing certain confidential terms allowing rescission of the Settlement Agreement.

  • Confidential document means a document designated as confidential under this protective order;

There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Confidential Information Memorandum means the Confidential Information Memorandum of the Borrower dated March, 2004, delivered to the Lenders in connection with this Agreement.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Transferred Information means the personal information (namely, information about an identifiable individual other than their business title or business contact information when such information is used for the purposes of contacting an individual in that individual’s capacity as an employee or an official of an organization and for no other purpose) to be disclosed, transferred or conveyed to the Recipient or any of its Representatives by or on behalf of the Disclosing Parties as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein.

  • Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
