Confidentially definition

Confidentially means that any documents or data that are produced by a Manufacturer to a third party are in an aggregated or other form such that the documents or data could not be used to identify the specific pricing or sales to any individual Distributor(s), and that will not be provided to or otherwise shared with Respondent.
