Configured Products definition

Configured Products means Products arranged, set up and prepared to fit a specific customer use needs, and that are not ordinarily sold by Zebra in such form.
Configured Products means those products which have been configured with or installed on other Products by Ingram's Configuration Services group pursuant to this Agreement.

"Vendors" shall mean the vendors or publishers of the Products offered by Ingram hereunder. 1.7. "Cost" shall mean the applicable Vendor's invoiced replacement cost to Ingram. 1.8. "Net Purchases" shall mean total invoice amounts, net of all rebates, of all Products purchased under this Agreement, net of returns.

Examples of Configured Products in a sentence

  • All Products, Unique Customer Configured Products and Spare Parts shipped, under this Agreement will comply one hundred percent (100%) to the Product Specifications.

  • Licensor may return to Licensee for replacement or credit any Products (other than Configured Products) found to be defective within ninety (90) days of purchase or any Configured Products which are found to be defective within thirty (30) days of purchase.

  • Defective Configured Products, mass storage and branded memory Products must be returned to Ingram within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

  • Each shipment shall include a packing list containing: (i) Purchase Order number, (ii) Product, Unique Customer Configured Products or Spare Part number, and (iii) quantity of shipped Products, Unique Customer Configured Products or Spare Parts.

  • In the event AIWA does not receive a Notice of Rejection within ten (10) days from the date of delivery of the Products or Unique Customer Configured Products to Ecrix's Ultimate Delivery Point, they shall be conclusively deemed accepted by ECRIX.

  • Products or Unique Customer Configured Products which fail to pass any Incoming Inspection conducted by Ecrix in accordance with Section 15.3 above may be rejected by Ecrix by the giving of written notice to AIWA by facsimile identifying the rejected Products and specifying in detail the reasons for their rejection (the "Notice of Rejection").

  • Replacement Products, Unique Customer Configured Products or Spare Parts will be delivered to Maxtor, at Maxtor's applicable facility, at MKE's expense within thirty (30) days after the date of receipt of non-conforming Products, Unique Customer Configured Products or Spare Parts by MKE.

  • All Products, Unique Customer Configured Products or Spare Parts furnished under this Agreement, except for software/firmware and product interface components supplied by Quantum, will be warranted by MKE to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and will conform to applicable Product Specifications, drawings and/or samples provided or incorporated in this Agreement.
