Configured Products means those products which have been configured with or installed on other Products by Ingram's Configuration Services group pursuant to this Agreement.

All Products, Unique Customer Configured Products and Spare Parts shipped, under this Agreement will comply one hundred percent (100%) to the Product Specifications.
