Confirmed Employee definition
Confirmed Employee. Means an employee who has successfully completed the probationary period in a permanent position.
Confirmed Employee means the Employee who has successfully completed his probationary period, as confirmed in writing by the Relevant Authority, and who has thereupon been accepted as an employee of the Company. The date of confirmation in this context means the date on which the Employee ceases to be on probation and is made a permanent employee of the Company.
Confirmed Employee means any employee whose appointment has been confirmed.
