Confirmed Member definition

Confirmed Member means a member of a service who has been confirmed in a service under the State Government in accordance with rule 21.
Confirmed Member means a member of the Church who is recognised as having affirmed the faith and accepted the responsibilities of membership by actively participating in the fellowship of the Church and supporting its work, and whose name is recorded on the roll of confirmed members of the Church. The foregoing is intended to and shall supersede and replace the events of bankruptcy described in Sections 18-304(a) and (b) of the Act.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Substituted Member means a Person that is admitted as a Member to the Company pursuant to Section 12.01.
