Conflict Mineral definition

Conflict Mineral means a mineral which is mined from an area of armed conflict;
Conflict Mineral means “Conflict Mineral” as defined under the United States Xxxx Xxxxx Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and any other applicable Laws related to conflict minerals, each as now and hereafter in effect.
