Conflict Mineral definition

Conflict Mineral means a mineral which is mined from an area of armed conflict;
Conflict Mineral means “Conflict Mineral” as defined under the United States ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and any other applicable Laws related to conflict minerals, each as now and hereafter in effect.

  • In any case, Supplier shall be required to send to MARELLI a report (“Report”), on an annual basis, specifying the usage of Conflict Mineral.
