Connection Fund definition

Connection Fund means a fund established by or on behalf of the Provider to cover the costs of new connections for eligible Customers.
Connection Fund means a fund to be established by the Operator, on behalf of DAWASA, from customer tariffs and used to finance the construction of first- time domestic water supply connections within the DAWASA Designated Area (as hereinafter defined), and referred to in paragraph 1 (d) of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement;
Connection Fund means a fund established by or on behalf of the Licensee to cover the costs of new connections for eligible Customers.
