Connection Terms definition

Connection Terms means the additional terms that apply if you connect to the Application using Facebook as set out in clause 5.
Connection Terms means the terms and conditions applicable to each connection and internet service type;
Connection Terms means the entirety of conditions, issued by the System Operator to the Generator, to connect the facility to the relevant System Operator‟s network.

  • Those elements that have been adopted by Carequality to support widespread interoperability among Implementers including, but not limited to, the Carequality Connected Agreement, the Carequality Connection Terms, the Carequality Directory, Implementation Guides, and the Carequality Policies.

  • Organization shall, at all times, fully comply with all Applicable Law relating to these Carequality Connection Terms and the use of the Carequality Elements.

  • Organization will not hold Carequality, or anyone acting on its behalf, including but not limited to members of the Steering Committee, Advisory Council, Dispute Resolution Panel or any work group, or subcommittee, of any of these or Carequality’s contractors, employees or agents liable for any damages, losses, liabilities or injuries arising from or related to these Carequality Connection Terms.

  • In the event that the Customer does not wish to be bound by the Standard Connection Terms and Conditions, the Customer may negotiate their Connection Agreement directly with the Relevant System Operator, but the Customer must notify Energia of the same and provide evidence that a Connection Agreement is in place prior to Energia commencing supply to the Customer’s Premises.

  • The Connection Agreement on these Standard Connection Terms and Conditions will come into effect when Your Supply Agreement comes into effect.

  • Organization acknowledges that any copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and other intellectual property in or related to Carequality including, but not limited to, these Carequality Connection Terms, Implementation Guides, Carequality Elements, Carequality Policies, related materials, information, reports, processes (the “Carequality IP”), are protected under applicable United States law.

  • Carequality, other Carequality Connections of the Sponsoring Implementer, other Implementers and their Carequality Connections shall be deemed third party beneficiaries of these Carequality Connection Terms for purposes of enforcing Organization’s compliance with these Carequality Connection Terms.

Connection Terms means the entirety of conditions, issued by the Transmission System Operator to the Solar PV Plant, to connect the facility to the relevant Transmission System Operator’s network.

Related to Connection Terms

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Construction Services Agreement (CSA) means the Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities means that portion of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities comprised of all Attachment Facilities on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.
