CONNECTOR LICENSE definition

CONNECTOR LICENSE. NetIQ offers connectors for use with the Software under various license fee terms as specified by NetIQ. Unless accompanied by a separate end user license agreement, connectors used with the Software are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Subject to Your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement, timely payment of required payments, and Your adherence to the license restrictions set forth herein, in the Documentation accompanying the Software and in the Order Documentation (the “License Restrictions”), NetIQ hereby grants to You as licensee, a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the connectors with the Software in the quantity of licenses purchased. For those connectors which NetIQ makes available free of charge, NetIQ grants to You as licensee, a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to reproduce and internally use the connector solely in connection with Your licensed use of the Software.

Related to CONNECTOR LICENSE

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Software licensing agreement means any agreement, regardless of how designated, that defines the intellectual property rights for, or the rights to use, any software product. A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • License means any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests.

  • Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Light field means that area of the intersection of the light beam from the beam-limiting device and one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the illumination is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.
