Consent and Release definition
Consent and Release means a consent and release letter executed by the Administrative Agent in substantially the form of Exhibit D hereto or any other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Consent and Release means the Consent and Release dated April 30, 2013, executed and delivered by the Site Owner in favor of Owner, a copy of which has been provided to Contractor.
