Consolidated Assets definition

Consolidated Assets means all assets which should be listed on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Assets means at a particular date, all amounts which would be included under total assets on a consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries as at such date, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Assets means the total assets of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

More Definitions of Consolidated Assets

Consolidated Assets means the total amount of assets shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP and prepared as of the end of the fiscal quarter then most recently ended for which financial statements have been filed with the SEC.
