Consolidated Fixed Assets definition

Consolidated Fixed Assets means, calculated as of any given point in time for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries calculated on a consolidated basis, without duplication, the fair market value of all tangible real and personal property, including without limitation equipment, land and real property improvements.
Consolidated Fixed Assets means, at any time, all tangible, fixed assets (other than Consolidated Current Assets) that should, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, be classified as property, plant and equipment on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Consolidated Fixed Assets means, at any time, the aggregate amount of property of Holdings and its Subsidiaries consisting of machinery, equipment, fixtures and real estate, as set forth on the most recently delivered balance sheet of Holdings and its Subsidiaries delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b) or, if later, as otherwise demonstrated in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (whether by the delivery of an interim balance sheet or otherwise).
