Consolidated Mortgage definition

Consolidated Mortgage shall have the meaning ascribed thereto within the definition of “Mortgage”.
Consolidated Mortgage means that certain Amended, Restated and Consolidated Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of March 3, 2017, by Lessor and Lessee in favor of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as amended and restated by that certain Second Amended, Restated and Consolidated Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of the Execution Date and effective as of the Restatement Date, by Lessee in favor of Lessor.
Consolidated Mortgage means that certain Amended, Restated and Consolidated Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of March 3, 2017, by L▇▇▇▇▇ and L▇▇▇▇▇ in favor of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as amended and restated by that certain Second Amended, Restated and Consolidated Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of the Second A&R Participation Agreement Execution Date and effective as of the Second Restatement Date, by L▇▇▇▇▇ in favor of L▇▇▇▇▇.
