Consolidating Facility definition
Consolidating Facility means a Facility resulting from the relocation or combining of operations and/or property into one or more locations within a reinvestment zone within Montgomery County from one or more locations outside of Montgomery County. “Consolidating Facility” includes a location existing in Montgomery County prior to the Effective Date of tax abatement so long as Eligible Property is included in the Consolidation.
