Constellation Entities definition

Constellation Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule I and any direct or indirect entity formed by such entities after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Distribution Date.

Examples of Constellation Entities in a sentence

  • Within ten (10) days of the end of every calendar month, the Company shall provide the Holder with a written report detailing the progress of the Constellation Entities towards achieving the revenue targets set forth on Schedule A.

Related to Constellation Entities

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.
