Constructing Party definition

Constructing Party means, with respect to each facility comprising the Plan of Service, each Party responsible for performance of Work with respect to such facility as specified in Exhibit B.
Constructing Party is defined in Section 2.2(E)(1).
Constructing Party means IXC with respect to the IXC System and Vyvx with respect to the Vyvx System.

  • If County and Constructing Party are unable to agree on a mediator, one shall be appointed by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).

More Definitions of Constructing Party

Constructing Party means the Party designated on the Work Order as being responsible for construction of a Relocation.

The cost-plus alternative will not apply to the Shared Routes. However, all incremental construction costs/fees for extension or variation of the FY 1998-1999 build (e.g. fiber, splicing and route adjustments) ("Additional Expenses") will be paid for by the Requesting Party. Upon the Requesting Party's request, and at its expense, the Constructing Party shall provide an independent auditor's certification for any Additional Expenses.

  • Constructing Entity means either the Transmission Owner or the New Services Customer, depending on which entity has the construction responsibility pursuant to Tariff, Part VI and the applicable Construction Service Agreement; this term shall also be used to refer to an Interconnection Customer with respect to the construction of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. Construction Party:

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
