Constructing Party is defined in Section 2.2(E)(1).

Upon the Requesting Party's request, and at its expense, the Constructing Party shall provide an independent auditor's certification for any Additional Expenses.

Constructing Party shall have the definition set forth in the seventh clause of the Recitals.

Constructing Party means the party responsible for entering into the Building Contract with the Contractor and for managing the construction phase, as set out in Part B1 of the Schedule.
