Construction Addendum means the Construction Addendum to this Agreement attached as Exhibit H.

  • Landlord represents that the improvements constructed or installed by Landlord pursuant to the Construction Addendum attached to this Lease shall comply in all material respects with all applicable covenants or restrictions of record and all applicable laws, building codes, regulations and ordinances in effect on the Commencement Date of this Lease.

Construction Addendum. LANDLORD'S GENERAL CONDITIONS. Tenant's and Tenant's Construction Agent's construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings, (ii) Tenant's Construction Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant's Improvements to Contractor, and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant's Construction Agents of any changes that are necessary thereto, and Tenant's Construction Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule, and (iii) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Construction Addendum, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
Construction Addendum. The Construction Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Construction Addendum means that certain addendum to this Agreement, executed by the Authority and the Developer, establishing the procedures to be followed by the Authority and the Developer during the Construction Documents Phase and the Construction Phase, such addendum to be executed and delivered prior to the Pre-Development Phase Outside Date.

Related to Construction Addendum

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;
