Construction and Renovation definition
Construction and Renovation means any renovation, remodeling, rehabilitation or expansion of the existing 40-unit Apartment Housing, including but not necessarily limited to the interior of the units, the common areas of the building, the exterior of the building or the building site.
Construction and Renovation means any renovation, remodeling, rehabilitation or expansion of the existing 24-units, the development of two additional one bedroom units that will be handicapped accessible and the development of a laundry room and project office, including but not necessarily limited to the interior of the units, the common areas of the building, the exterior of the building or the building site.
