Seller shall have the right to elect to purchase the Property back from Purchaser (the “Re-Purchase”) if Purchaser refuses or fails to commence with construction of a hotel on the Property within three (3) years after the Closing (the “Construction Commencement Deadline”), by providing written notice of such election within twenty (20) days after the Construction Commencement Deadline and closing on the Re-Purchase of the Property from Purchaser within thirty (30) days of such written notice.
