Construction Cost Budget definition

Construction Cost Budget. Construction Cost Budget is the amount of money allocated for Construction Costs by Owner for completion of the Project.
Construction Cost Budget means an amount budgeted by the City for Construction Cost, as specified in the Project Scope in Schedule "A" entitled "Scope of Services", attached hereto.
Construction Cost Budget. The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted at the end of each design phase in accordance with this Agreement. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants, the cost of land, rights-of-way, financing or other costs which are the responsibility of the District, including construction management.

Examples of Construction Cost Budget in a sentence

  • The accuracy of the Construction Cost Budget shall be the responsibility of the Architect.

  • At that time, the Architect shall coordinate with the District and the Construction Manager to further develop, review, and reconcile the Construction Cost Budget.

  • Architect shall maintain cost controls throughout the Project to deliver the Project within the Construction Cost Budget.

Construction Cost Budget. The budget amount established by the Judicial Council, as of the Effective Date indicated on the most recently executed Agreement Coversheet or Amendment, that represents the maximum authorized cost for construction of the Project. Construction Cost Budget has the meaning set forth in the Water Service Regionalization Interlocal Agreement.

Related to Construction Cost Budget

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Construction Cost means and includes the cost of the entire construction of the Project, including all supervision, materials, supplies, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and/or other facilities furnished, used or consumed, without deduction on account of penalties, liquidated damages or other amounts withheld from payment to the contractor or contractors, but such cost shall not include the Consulting Engineer/Architect's fee, or other payments to the Consulting Engineer/Architect and shall not include cost of land or Rights-of-Way and Easement acquisition.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
