  • Fifteen (15) days after the Construction Effective Date or Required Lease Effective Date, as the case may be, and on an annual basis at each policy anniversary during the respective Construction Term or the Lease Term, Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be, shall furnish to each Additional Insured, a certification of all required insurance policies in form reasonably satisfactory to the Additional Insureds.

  • Such meetings shall take place starting on the Construction Effective Date and shall occur no less than once every thirty (30) days and shall continue throughout the Construction Term.
