Construction Plans and Specifications mean the detailed architectural drawings and specifications that are prepared for all aspects of the Project in accordance with the approved Design Development Plans and that are used to obtain Permits, detailed cost estimates, to solicit and receive construction bids, and to direct the actual construction of the Improvements.
Construction Plans and Specifications means the detailed plans submitted to the Agency in order to obtain all necessary permits for the Project, including but not limited to:• Site plans showing all structures upon the Property together with all connections to existing or proposed utilities, roads, sidewalks and alleys;• Landscaping plan;• Elevations of the buildings depicting the site lines and the specific configuration and relationship of design elements of the building exteriors, which describe the aesthetic and technical aspects, including materials, of the building exteriors;• Detailed engineering and architectural plans for the Project showing the utility, access and structural support components, with all proposed connections to existing and proposed utilities and services and the landscape plan based on current code requirements;• A calculation of gross building areas, the number of residential units by unit type, the amount of commercial space, the floor-to-area ratio of the Project, and the number of parking spaces;• An exterior finish schedule;• Location and dimensions for exterior signage and graphics;• Exterior lighting plan; and• Location and treatment of servicing requirements, trash collection, loading docks and related functional areas.

More Definitions of Construction Plans and Specifications

Construction Plans and Specifications means, with respect to a Component or Physical Element, all plans and specifications required to complete the Component or Physical Element, as the case may be, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement as approved by PDC, to the extent required by this Agreement, and the appropriate governmental agencies.
Construction Plans and Specifications mean the Concept Plans, the Schematic Drawings, the Design Development Plans and the Construction Drawings, individually or collectively, as the context shall appear, which shall be delivered by Developer to District, and approved by District, to the extent required by, and in accordance with the standards set forth in, Article IV of this Agreement.   • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction Zone shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.3 (i);

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Constructional Plan means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.
