Construction Rider definition

Construction Rider means the terms and conditions for the approval and making of construction disbursements which are in addition to those set forth in Section 7.1, and which are set forth in Exhibit H attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Construction Rider means the rider attached hereto as Exhibit G.
Construction Rider means the “Construction Rider To Loan Agreement”, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit “E”.

Examples of Construction Rider in a sentence

  • Upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall designate in writing an individual authorized to act as Tenant's Representative with respect to all approvals, directions and authorizations pursuant to this Construction Rider.

  • Landlord and Tenant each shall designate in writing an individual authorized to act as a representative of each respective party with respect to all approvals, directions and authorizations pursuant to this Construction Rider.

  • Upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall designate in writing an individual authorized to act as Tenant’s Representative with respect to all approvals, directions and authorizations pursuant to this Construction Rider.

  • Except for any Tenant Improvements to be constructed by Tenant as provided in the Construction Rider, Tenant shall not make any alterations, improvements or changes to the Premises, including installation of any security system or telephone or data communication wiring, ("Alterations"), without Landlord's prior written consent.

  • If Tenant fails to perform any of Tenant's obligations under this Construction Rider within the time periods specified herein, Landlord may, in lieu of terminating the Lease under the foregoing provisions, treat such failure of performance as an Event of Default under the Lease.

  • Except for any Tenant Improvements to be constructed by Tenant as provided in the Construction Rider, Tenant shall not make any alterations, improvements or changes to the Premises, including installation of any security system or telephone or data communication wiring (“Alterations”), without Landlord’s prior written consent.

  • No promise of Landlord to alter, remodel, repair or improve the Premises or the Building and no representation, either express or implied, respecting any matter or thing relating to the Building or this Lease (including the condition of the Premises or the Building) have been made by Landlord to Tenant, other than as may be contained herein or in a separate Construction Rider signed by Landlord and Tenant.

  • Any condition of this Construction Rider which requires the submission of evidence of the existence or nonexistence of a specified fact or facts implies as a condition the existence or nonexistence, as the case may be, of such fact or facts, and Lender shall, at all times, be free to independently establish to its satisfaction and in its absolute discretion such existence or nonexistence.

  • This Construction Rider is expressly made a part of the Lease and is subject to each and every term and condition thereof, including, without limitation, the limitations on liability set forth therein.

  • Tenant may, using Commercial Interior Contractors ("CIC") construct and install in the Premises the improvements and fixtures provided for in this Construction Rider ("Tenant Improvements") at Tenant's sole cost and expense, subject to the Allowance as hereinafter provided, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1 of the Lease - Alterations.

Related to Construction Rider

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction Zone shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.3 (i);

  • Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
