  • The Operations Consultancy Service Provider shall perform the Services as specified in Schedule 1 (Scope of Services) for the duration of the Term.

  • The Owner has delegated to the Operations Consultancy Service Provider the overall day-to-day responsibility of operating, maintaining and repairing the Facilities for and on behalf of the Owner during the Term, as more specifically described in this Agreement.

  • Renewal Agreement Date shall entitle, but not oblige the Owner to appoint the New Operations Consultancy Service Provider to perform the Services.
