Consultant Activities definition

Consultant Activities means any actions or omissions of Consultant or Consultant’s Related Parties in the performance of this Agreement, directly or indirectly arising from Consultant’s operations, as well as any breach of any representation or warranty of Consultant set forth in this Agreement.

Related to Consultant Activities
