Consultant’s Fee definition

Consultant’s Fee has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1.
Consultant’s Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 hereof.
Consultant’s Fee means the fee payable to the Consultant for the Project as specified in Item 9 of Annexure A.

Examples of Consultant’s Fee in a sentence

  • In the event of a termination without cause, the School District shall be liable to the Consultant only for Services properly completed prior to termination; this compensation shall not exceed the percentage of total Services properly completed at the time of termination multiplied by the Consultant’s Fee.

  • Costs shown in the Environmental Consultant’s Fee Proposal and Fee Schedules for each Environmental Consulting Services (Exhibit E) shall remain firm and fixed for the duration of the Contract, except that costs shown may increase or decrease in accordance with the CPI-U Index.

  • The Company shall pay the Consultant’s Fee to the Consultant without offset, deduction or withholding of any kind or for any purpose.

  • The Key Personnel of the Environmental Consultant for each environmental discipline are identified as line item costs in the personnel section(s) of the Environmental Consultant’s Fee Proposal attached hereto at Exhibit E.

  • The Consultant shall also acquire and pay for (as part of Consultant’s Fee) any and all permits required by applicable law for the Consultant to properly perform the Services.

  • Upon Contract award, the Environmental Consultant shall assign the Key Personnel of the Environmental Consultant for each environmental discipline as identified and submitted to the School District, for its review and approval, and as identified as line item costs in the personnel section of the Environmental Consultant’s Fee Proposal attached hereto at Exhibit E.

  • The Consultant’s Fee shall be paid in equal monthly installments to Consultant in cash, commencing on the 1st of May, 2014.

  • The Consultant understands and acknowledges it may be necessary to travel to perform the Services, and that the Consultant shall be required to do so at its own expense (the Consultant’s Fee having been agreed to in consideration thereof).

  • The State shall compensate the Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement as provided in attached Exhibit B, Consultant’s Fee Proposal.

  • The Consultant shall pay any federal, state and local taxes payable by it with respect to the Consultant’s Fee, and shall indemnify the Company against and hold it harmless from any such taxes.


More Definitions of Consultant’s Fee

Consultant’s Fee means the fees identified in, or calculated by reference to, Schedule 3.
Consultant’s Fee means the lump sum, inclusive of GST, contained in the Managing Contractor’s Tender for the engagement by the Managing Contractor of the Consultants, as adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Contract expressly allowing for an adjustment of the Consultants Fee.
