Consulting Activities means activities carried out by employees of the university with third parties in accordance with Policy # 377, "Consulting Service."

Consulting Activities means the giving of professional advice by the Insured, for which the Insured is qualified by relevant examination, training or experience, to any third party in the conduct of the business of the Insured.

Examples of Consulting Activities in a sentence

  • The IRO shall select its sample of Consulting Activities for review in consultation with OIG after the provision of information about the Consulting Activities to the OIG.

  • For the second and subsequent Reporting Periods, the IRO shall review 30 Consulting Activities which shall include a review of specified numbers of each type of Consulting Activities as determined by OIG.

  • For the first Reporting Period, the IRO shall select and review a sample of 30 of the Consulting Activities for which Indivior retained HCPs or HCIs and all related expenses.

  • Such Consulting Activities shall not require more than eight (8) hours in any single work week.

  • The Consultant further agrees not to engage in External Consulting Activities if the Company promptly notifies the Consultant that such proposed activities are with an entity the Company deems to be a competitor with the Company or are activities which the Company reasonably believes will conflict with the Company's business objectives.

  • For the first Reporting Period, the IRO shall select and review a sample of 10 Consulting Activities entered into with HCPs and all related expenses.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, prior to entering into a consulting arrangement with any other entity (other than those existing commitments set forth on Appendix I ("External Consulting Activities"), the Consultant agrees to notify the Company as to the identity of such entity and the amount of the Consultant's professional time proposed to be devoted to such External Consulting Activities.
