CONSULTING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES definition

CONSULTING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES means the services provided by USi as part of the iMAP Solution and may be set forth in the Product Schedule as applicable. 2.6 "CONTENT" means any and all text, multimedia or images (graphics, audio and video), data and the like provided by Client and installed on a server, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Product Schedule and Acceptable Use Policy. 2.7 "CUSTOMIZATION" shall mean any customized deliverable created by USi as part of the iMAP Solution. 2.8 "DOCUMENTATION" shall mean the Software Application user manual(s) and any other materials supplied by USi concurrently with the delivery of and for use with the iMAP Solution. 2.9 "GLOBAL NETWORK" shall mean USi's Internet-based data center and network. 2.10 "HARDWARE" shall mean any computing or networking equipment USi uses and/or provides to Client for its use as part of the iMAP Solution. 2.11 "iMAP SOLUTION" shall mean the collective bundling of any and all Consulting and Implementation Services, Customization, access to the Global Network, Hardware and Software Application(s), as outlined in each executed Product Schedule. ---------------------- [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] means that certain confidential information has been deleted from this document and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Related to CONSULTING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
