Consumables definition

Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.
Consumables means all items which are consumed in the execution of the Work, without being directly incorporated in the Work, such as fuel, electricity, water, POL, welding rods, electrodes and utilities.
Consumables means a Wash Kit, Sequencing Kit and other chemicals and materials available from Oxford and used to run samples in the quantity appropriate for Customer’s use, which standard quantity is stated on Oxford’s website, and of a type and mix suited to Customer’s use, which type and mix is requested in Customer’s Order. Consumables include, without limitation, enzymes and adaptors that enable sample preparation methods, molecular tethers that enable improved analyte to nanopore binding through interactions with the membranes, enzymes that allow for controlled transport of analytes through nanopores, buffered solutions for improved ionic conductance and solutions for washing the Flow Cells between samples.

Consumables means all food and beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic), engineering, maintenance, and housekeeping supplies, stationery, printing and other supplies of all kinds (collectively, the "Consumables") used in connection with the ownership, operation and maintenance of the Properties.
