Raw Materials definition

Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
Raw Materials means any items or materials used or consumed in the manufacture of goods to be sold by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.
Raw Materials means all raw chemicals, packaging, labeling, filters, components and work in process required to produce the Product(s).

Raw Materials means goods, excluding equipment and machinery, purchased for use in manufacturing a product.
