Consumer Banking definition

Consumer Banking. Consists of our branch-based lending and deposit gathering activities for consumers and small businesses, national deposit gathering, auto lending and consumer home loan lending and servicing activities.

  • A fee will apply for this service, as indicated on the Consumer Banking Fee Schedule.

  • If you have a Consumer Banking account, the Bank will convert all checks and other paper items paid from the account to an image format.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Licensee and the Licensee Group Companies shall be limited at any given time to the use of a single New Composite Trade ▇▇▇▇ (including as part of the associated New Consumer Banking Business Line Composite Trade Marks and New Commercial Banking Business Line Composite Trade Marks set out in Schedule 3A and Schedule 3B, respectively).

  • The types of accounts generally available at the Bank are described in the Account Overviews and Disclosures for Consumer Banking accounts and the Product Fact Sheets for Commercial Banking accounts.

  • If you are a Consumer Banking customer and you have selected the electronic delivery option, you agree that the electronic notice we send to you via e-mail advising you of the availability of your statement will constitute your receipt of the statement itself, and we are not required to mail you paper statements.
