Contact Tracer (CT): Contact tracer will interview all of a positive case’s close contacts during the case’s infectious period; with contact’s permission, follow up at designated intervals to check on whether they have developed symptoms (can be as often as daily follow up); issue Health Officer Orders on quarantine and provide health coaching; and provide residents with assistance in accessing testing and community resources to support them during quarantine.
