Contact User means an active User whose record is under the “Contact” tab of the “Service Provider” login of the CleanTelligent Subscriptions Services, as determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion.

Control means, with regard to an entity:

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
