Containership Business definition

Containership Business means the business of chartering or re-chartering Containerships to others and any other lawful act or activity customarily conducted in conjunction therewith.

  • Except as specifically set forth in Section 10 of this Agreement, this Agreement and the engagement of the Manager hereunder may not be terminated by the Company, which acknowledges that the Manager and its affiliates have an on-going interest in the Company, its Containership Business and the agency relationship created by this Agreement.
