Contaminated Fill definition

Contaminated Fill means material which contains any solid, liquid, gas, odour, waste product, radioactivity or any combination thereof which is present in a concentration greater than that which naturally occurs in the lo- cation of the site in question and which has the potential to have adverse ef- fect on the natural environment, human activity, and/or health and safety as defined under the Environmental Protection Act.
Contaminated Fill means any Soil for the Site that does not meet the applicable Site Condition Standards prescribed under O. Reg 153/04 “Record of Site Condition” and/or
Contaminated Fill means impure or unsuitable materials including soil, stone, concrete, asphalt, sod or turf, etc. that is in contact with or mixed with something unclean, harmful, unusable or biodegradable;
