Contemplated Transaction definition

Contemplated Transaction means the transactions expressly contemplated by this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.

Contemplated Transaction and “Contemplated Transactions” shall mean each, and collectively all, respectively, of the transactions contemplated by this Shareholders’ Agreement.

• The undersigned acknowledges that the Contemplated Transaction is subject to various contingencies, including but not limited to the Company's ability to obtain prior regulatory approval.
