Content Pages definition

Content Pages means those pages in the Yahoo Property that contain Licensor Content and that are co-branded with both Licensor Brand Features and Yahoo Brand Features. Content Pages shall not include pages containing Teaser Content.
Content Pages means those pages in the DIT Property that contain Licensor Content and that are co-branded with both Licensor Brand Features and DIT Brand Features. Content Pages shall not include pages containing Teaser Content.
Content Pages means the pages that result from current stock quote pages of Yahoo Finance for a company after the user submits a request for "News" relating to that company.

Examples of Content Pages in a sentence

  • Yahoo or its Affiliates shall own all derivative works created by Yahoo from the Licensor Content, including the Content Pages, pursuant to this Agreement, to the extent such is separable from the Licensor Content.

  • In no event is Yahoo under any obligation, express or implied, to post or otherwise include any of the Licensor Content in any Yahoo Property, including without limitation, in any Content Pages.

  • MarketWatch shall place an appropriate copyright notice to be furnished by CBS on all CBS Content Pages of the MarketWatch Site.

  • Yahoo's license to modify the Licensor Content shall be limited to modifying the Licensor Content to fit the format and overall "look and feel" of the Content Pages or Yahoo Properties.

  • Except as stated in this Agreement or any subsequent agreement, in no event is Yahoo under any obligation, express or implied, to post or otherwise include any of the Licensor Content in any Yahoo Property, including without limitation, in any Content Pages.

  • Licensor further acknowledges and agrees that additional payments, as mutually agreed, may be required to implement and place the Licensor content in other Yahoo Properties or within My Yahoo! and on the Content Pages beyond the Initial Term.


More Definitions of Content Pages

Content Pages means those pages in the Yahoo Property on which Licensor Content is the sole substantive content.
Content Pages means those pages in the Licensee Website that contain or have hyperlinks to any of the Articles.
Content Pages means those pages on the Business Center that contain ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Content along with both ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Brand Features and ebank Brand Features.

Related to Content Pages

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.
