Content Partners definition

Content Partners. - means any successful bidder that enters into a partnership agreement with ICASA to provide the goods and services stipulated in the Bid document.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Content Partner shall not state or imply, in advertisements, writings, or otherwise, that a GO Entity or its respective Affiliates endorse Content Partner's products or services or any other product or service.
