Continental Licenses definition

Continental Licenses will mean Licenses of United or any of the United Subsidiaries or Continental or any of the Continental Subsidiaries, respectively) necessary to conduct its business as presently conducted, except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on United.
