Examples of Continental Special Facilities in a sentence

  • City shall not be entitled to repurchase from Airline such exclusive rights with respect to any portion of the GARB Improvements or the Continental Special Facilities without at the same time also repurchasing from Airline such exclusive use rights with respect to the remainder of the Continental Special Facilities and the GARB Improvements.

  • The Agreement, as supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the Continental Special Facilities and supersedes all other representations or statements heretofore made, oral or written, except as otherwise herein provided.

  • The proposal seeks to include changes to the terms and conditions of the reimbursable funds and an extension to the closing and completion dates and to modify the current E&S safeguard category of the funded activity so that existing available funds can be allocated to future eligible projects considered by the government of Egypt.

  • Airline agrees to pay City, without notice or demand and without deduction or setoff, for the use of the Continental Special Facilities, for the rights, licenses and privileges granted hereunder, and for the undertakings of City hereunder, the Basic Rent, the Bond Rent, and all additional rentals, charges, and fees payable hereunder during the term of this Agreement.

  • Upon such termination, City also shall grant Airline exclusive use rights with respect to the Continental Special Facilities for the useful economic life (as determined in accordance with applicable tax law) of those Continental Special Facilities.

  • Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Agreement, City shall have the right to purchase from Airline its rights and interests in the Baggage Handling System Special Premises as provided in this Section 5 without any obligation to purchase any other elements of the Continental Special Facilities or any other facilities.

  • Airline agrees to yield and deliver to City possession of the Continental Special Facilities at the termination of this Agreement, by expiration or otherwise, or of any renewal or extension hereof, in good condition in accordance with its express obligations hereunder, except for damage or loss due to reasonable wear and tear or fire or other casualty.

Related to Continental Special Facilities

  • Air navigation facility means any facility, other than one owned and operated by the United States, used in, available for use in, or designed for use in aid of air navigation, including any structures, mechanisms, lights, beacons, markers, communicating systems, or other instrumentalities or devices used or useful as an aid, or constituting an advantage or convenience to the safe taking off, navigation, and landing of aircraft, or the safe and efficient operation or maintenance of an airport, and any combination of any or all of such facilities.
