Continental Special Facilities definition

Continental Special Facilities means the Continental Special Premises and the Off-Site Improvements.
Continental Special Facilities means the Concourse D Special Premises (as more specifically described in Exhibit B-1 to the 1997 Special Facilities Lease, as amended by Exhibit B-1 hereto), the Concourse C Expansion Special Premises (as more specifically described in Exhibit B-2 to the 1997 Special Facilities Lease, as amended by Exhibit B-2 hereto), the Deicing Pad Special Premises (as more specifically described in Exhibit B-3 to the 1997 Special Facilities Lease), the Hydrant Fueling System Special Premises (as more specifically described in Exhibit B-4 to the 1997 Special Facilities Lease) and the Baggage Handling Special Premises (as more specifically described in Exhibit B-5 hereto), which premises shall, except as otherwise provided herein with respect to the Baggage Handling System Special Premises, be reserved for the exclusive use and control of Airline to service its passengers, customers and operations and shall not be open to, available for, or used by the general public and/or by the passengers, customers or operations of other airlines or persons.

  • City shall not be entitled to repurchase from Airline such exclusive rights with respect to any portion of the GARB Improvements or the Continental Special Facilities without at the same time also repurchasing from Airline such exclusive use rights with respect to the remainder of the Continental Special Facilities and the GARB Improvements.

  • City shall not be entitled to repurchase from Airline such exclusive use rights with respect to any portion of the Continental Special Facilities without at the same time also repurchasing from Airline such exclusive use rights with respect to the remainder of the Continental Special Facilities (other than the Hydrant Fueling System Special Premises).

  • Subsequent to making the Improvements as expressly provided herein, Airline shall make no alterations, additions or improvements to the Continental Special Facilities or other installation on the Continental Special Facilities without the prior written approval of City.
