Contingent Cash definition

Contingent Cash means $15,000,000 Cash, which is to be held pursuant to the Contingent Cash Escrow Agreement at the Debtors’ or Reorganized Debtors’ (as applicable) expense until the Regulatory Trigger Deadline or such other time as provided in the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Contingent Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 7.13(c)(ii).
Contingent Cash means an amount per share of XLI Common Stock as calculated in Section 2.4 (Effect of Merger on Outstanding Securities).
