Contingent Event means any one or more of the following events which shall occur subsequent to the date of this Debenture:

Any benefit or increase in benefits to the extent the benefit or increase would not be payable nor occur but for the occurrence of an Unpredictable Contingent Event.
Following a Contingent Event, the pole attachment fee for each Supplemental Site License shall increase to the Contingent Pole Attachment Fee on the next ensuing anniversary of such Supplemental Site License’s Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Contingent Event

Contingent Event means circumstances under which the licensee has been required by the Secretary of State to increase the size of its security in respect of its Decommissioning Plan to account for the payment of VAT; “Decommissioning Plan” means the plan for the decommissioning of the transmission assets of the licensee as provided to Ofgem under [insert section] of the licensee’s ITT submission for the [insert project] and reflected in the ITT financial model submitted by the licensee for the[insert project].

Contingent Event has the meaning assigned to this term in the Credit Agreement.

Contingent Event means either:

Contingent Event means an event described in Section 8(e)(i)(a), (b) or (c).

Contingent Event means where the licensee has been required by the Secretary of State to increase the size of its security in respect of its decommissioning plan to account for the payment of VAT and/or the disallowance of scrap value allowed for under the decommissioning plan and reflected in the TRS bid at ITT; “scrap value” means the value allowed for the sale of scrap materials, including metal, to be recovered through the decommissioning plan;

Contingent Event means(a) circumstances under which the licensee has been required by the Secretary of State to increase the size of its security in respect of its Decommissioning Plan to account for the payment of VAT; or(b) circumstances under which the licensee has been required by the national electricity transmission system operator to undertake works, and has undertaken those works, to reduce the impact or likelihood of sub synchronous voltage oscillations on the National Electricity Transmission System, in order to comply with paragraphs 7.13 to7.23 of the National Electricity Transmission System Security and Quality of Supply Standard version 2.5 (as amended from time to time) and/or Section D, Part 1, paragraph 2.2.6 of the STC (as amended from time to time). “Decommissioning Plan” means the plan for the decommissioning of the transmission assets of the licensee as provided to Ofgem under Section 6 of the licensee’s ITT submission for the Moray East project and reflected in the ITT financial model submitted by the licenseefor the Moray East project.

Contingent Event means circumstances under which the
