Contingent Funding definition

Contingent Funding is limited-term funding provided for from external sources, but not funding that is part of an operating grant from government or funding comprised of payments of fees made by or on behalf of students.
Contingent Funding is limited term funding provided from external sources unless 12.2.3 applies.
Contingent Funding means those portions of funding for the remedial activities set forth in Paragraphs 10 through 15 (Orrington Reach through Trust Administrative Costs) that Mallinckrodt shall be required to pay to the Trusts only if certain contingencies occur or are encountered as set forth in Paragraphs 10 through 15 (Orrington Reach through Trust Administrative Costs).

The amount of any Contingent Liability shall (subject to any limitation set forth herein) be deemed to be the outstanding principal amount (or maximum permitted principal amount, if larger) of the indebtedness, obligation or other liability guaranteed or supported thereby.

For this purpose, the “Excess Spread Percentage” for any Monthly Period shall be equal to the Series Adjusted Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Contingent Beneficiary is the person that becomes the Beneficiary if the named Beneficiary dies prior to the Income Date.

  • Identified Contingent Liabilities means the maximum estimated amount of liabilities reasonably likely to result from pending litigation, asserted claims and assessments, guaranties, uninsured risks and other contingent liabilities of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole after giving effect to the Transactions (including all fees and expenses related thereto but exclusive of such contingent liabilities to the extent reflected in Stated Liabilities), as identified and explained in terms of their nature and estimated magnitude by responsible officers of the Borrower.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Pre-Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account is less than $10,000, (b) the Funding Termination Date or (c) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs.

  • Closing Date Term Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • Contribution Indebtedness means Indebtedness or Disqualified Stock of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in an aggregate principal amount not greater than the aggregate amount of cash contributions (other than the proceeds from the issuance of Disqualified Stock or any cash contribution by an Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary) made to the capital of the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary after the Issue Date (whether through the issuance of Capital Stock or otherwise); provided that such Contribution Indebtedness is incurred within 180 days after the making of the related cash contribution.

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.

  • Contribution Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.
