Contingent Funding definition

Contingent Funding is limited-term funding provided for from external sources, but not funding that is part of an operating grant from government or funding comprised of payments of fees made by or on behalf of students.
Contingent Funding is limited term funding provided from external sources unless 12.2.3 applies.
Contingent Funding means those portions of funding for the remedial activities set forth in Paragraphs 10 through 15 (Orrington Reach through Trust Administrative Costs) that Mallinckrodt shall be required to pay to the Trusts only if certain contingencies occur or are encountered as set forth in Paragraphs 10 through 15 (Orrington Reach through Trust Administrative Costs).

  • Contingent Load means Load payable by the Unit Holder at actual basis to the extent of loss incurred by fund due to disinvestments if Units are redeemed by any major Unit Holder in such period of time that the Management Company believes may adversely affect the interest of other Unit Holder(s). Any Contingent Load received will form part of the Trust Property.

The amount of any Contingent Liability shall (subject to any limitation set forth herein) be deemed to be the outstanding principal amount (or maximum permitted principal amount, if larger) of the indebtedness, obligation or other liability guaranteed or supported thereby.

  • Contingent Liability means any agreement, undertaking or arrangement by which any Person guarantees, endorses or otherwise becomes or is contingently liable upon (by direct or indirect agreement, contingent or otherwise, to provide funds for payment, to supply funds to, or otherwise to invest in, a debtor, or otherwise to assure a creditor against loss) the indebtedness, obligation or any other liability of any other Person (other than by endorsements of instruments in the course of collection), or guarantees the payment of dividends or other distributions upon the shares of any other Person.   • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:

  • Reserve Account Funding Date means the Transfer Date designated by the Servicer which occurs not later than the Transfer Date with respect to the Monthly Period which commences 3 months prior to the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period (which commencement shall be subject to postponement pursuant to Section 4.13); provided, however, that subject to satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, the Reserve Account Funding Date may be any date selected by the Servicer.

  • Identified Contingent Liabilities means the maximum estimated amount of liabilities reasonably likely to result from pending litigation, asserted claims and assessments, guaranties, uninsured risks and other contingent liabilities of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole after giving effect to the Transactions (including all fees and expenses related thereto but exclusive of such contingent liabilities to the extent reflected in Stated Liabilities), as identified and explained in terms of their nature and estimated magnitude by responsible officers of the Borrower.
