  • The Seller shall be deemed to have accepted as final the Contingent Payment Statement unless, within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of the Contingent Payment Statement to Seller, the Seller gives written notice of objection to Buyer to any item thereon, which objection shall specify in reasonable detail the basis for such objection, in which case Buyer and Seller shall attempt in good faith to resolve such dispute as promptly as possible.
