Contingent Payment Period definition

Contingent Payment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Contingent Payment Period means the calendar year beginning January 1, 1998 and ending December 31, 1998.
Contingent Payment Period means collectively a First Semiannual Period together with the next succeeding Second Semiannual Period.

More Definitions of Contingent Payment Period

Contingent Payment Period means the period of time commencing on Closing and ending upon expiration of Buyer’s obligations hereunder to pay the Milestone Payments and Royalties.

Contingent Payment Period means that period of time commencing at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 1999 and ending at 12:00 midnight on December 31, 2002. The term "Excess Gas" shall mean fifty percent (50%) of the total annual production volume (as measured in Mmbtu's) attributable to the Company's net revenue interests in (i) the New Mexico Properties (including, however, the Remaining Royalty Interests if purchased from the Trust as contemplated herein, said interest being an aggregate undivided 16.718% in and to the Northeast Blanxx Xxxt) and (ii) the South Texas Properties, which is in excess of one hundred seventeen and six and one half tenth percent (117.65%) of the Annual Production Floor (as hereinafter defined). The Excess Gas Payment, if and when accrued, will become an obligation of Buyer and the Company provided however, the Excess Gas Payment shall survive the transfer of the Company's interest in the Properties to any third party and shall be binding upon Buyer, its successors and assigns to the full extent described herein.
Contingent Payment Period means, as applicable, (w) the period beginning on July 21, 2000 and ending on December 31, 2000, (x) the period beginning on January 1, 2001 and ending on March 31, 2001, (y) the period beginning on April 1, 2001 and ending on June 30, 2001, and (z) the period beginning on July 1, 2001 and ending on September 30, 2001.
